Making the Cordial: Combine every ingredients in a pot, bring to a light boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the stove allowing it to cool down entirely. Pour to a sterilised bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for about four weeks.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Combine all the liquid ingredients into one large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Pour 85ml of your cocktail base into a stirring glass packed with ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Filter to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch using a quick spritz of the essential oil above the glass.
